The Krix LX-7 is a high-performance passive LCR loudspeaker, engineered and manufactured in Australia for screen sizes 75 inches and above. Designed for serious home cinema environments, it delivers true left, centre and right channel reproduction without relying on virtual or “bouncing” sound effects.

With its slim profile and elegant design, the LX-7 integrates seamlessly above or below your display while maintaining accurate, high-output performance. When combined with Krix surround speakers and a dedicated subwoofer system, it creates a complete and immersive cinema experience at home.

True LCR Cinema Performance

The LX-7 is a genuine three-channel solution in a single enclosure. It reproduces left, centre and right channels with precision, ensuring clear dialogue, stable imaging, and seamless panning across the screen.

Unlike soundbars that rely on digital processing, the LX-7 delivers real acoustic performance. This results in a more natural and convincing cinematic soundstage.

Controlled Dispersion with Krix Waveguide Technology

Three Krix-designed 90° × 90° short-throw waveguides provide controlled dispersion and consistent coverage across the listening area. This improves clarity and efficiency while reducing distortion at higher output levels.

The result is powerful, dynamic sound that remains clean and intelligible, even in larger rooms.

Flexible Installation with Tilting Bracket

The included mounting bracket allows the LX-7 to be installed flush against the wall or angled up to ±15 degrees. This ensures optimal alignment with the listening position for improved sound dispersion and accuracy.

Seamless System Integration

The LX-7 is tonally matched to all Krix surround and overhead speakers. This ensures consistent sound character across the entire system, which is critical for immersive formats such as Dolby Atmos.

For full-range performance, the LX-7 should be paired with one or more Krix subwoofers to reproduce low frequencies with authority and precision.

Engineered for Performance

Each channel features a 165mm (6.5”) low-frequency driver with a high-power voice coil and flux stabilisation ring for low distortion. The high-frequency driver is a 26mm fabric dome, coupled to a precision Krix waveguide for controlled dispersion.

With a sensitivity of 92dB and recommended amplifier power of 50–250 watts RMS, the LX-7 is efficient and capable of delivering high output levels suitable for demanding home cinema applications.
